Shipping and Fulfillment policy

Upon purchase of the NAAA Damage Analysis course you will receive a confirmation email and registration form. Once the registration form has been completed a Zoom invite will be sent to the participants email allowing them to join the virtual classroom on the date of the course. 14 days before the class we will ship out all course materials free of charge.

Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Conditionreports.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds:

If your refund has been approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 4-7 business days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Once physical course materials have been shipped out (14 days prior to course) you will no longer be eligible for a refund. You may reschedule the participant for a later course date.

This website offers visitors a two day certification course in Damage Analysis. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If you are not fully registered 24 hours before the scheduled course, we have the right to reschedule you to a later date.

To complete the virtual courses each participant must have a functioning camera that will be required to be on during class hours. Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling of that individual to a later class date.
